LOCAL PICKUP POINT: Orders are usually ready in 24 hrs. Orders can be picked up at Plaza Escorial, Carolina, Puerto Rico, 00987 (near OfficeMax parking lot). An email will be sent when your order is ready (with information about the date and time for pick up). Orders will not be handled out without the order confirmation. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: Orders are generally shipped every Monday (once a week) using USPS. Orders of $200.00 and up have free shipping to domestic destinations. USPS' Standard delivery has an estimated transit time of 3 - 4 business days. Standard shipping fee will vary depending on order's weight ($7.00 - $10.00). Economy shipping has an estimated transit time of 5 - 8 business days. Economy shipping fee also depends on order's weight ($5.00 - $20.00). These fees applies to orders shipping to Puerto Rico and to other parts of United States. We do not ship outside of United Sates at this time.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
