Do you have local pickup?

Yes, we do! Orders are usually ready in 24 hrs. Orders can be picked up at Plaza Escorial, Carolina, Puerto Rico, 00987 (near OfficeMax parking lot). An email will be sent when your order is ready (with information about the date and time for pick up). Orders will not be handled out without the order confirmation. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally shipped every Monday (once a week) using USPS. Orders of $200.00 and up have free shipping to domestic destinations. USPS' Standard delivery has an estimated transit time of 3 - 4 business days. Standard shipping fee will vary depending on order's weight ($7.00 - $10.00). Economy shipping has an estimated transit time of 5 - 8 business days. Economy shipping fee also depends on order's weight ($5.00 - $20.00). These fees applies to orders shipping to Puerto Rico and to other parts of United States. We do not ship outside of United Sates at this time.

Do you sell Gift-Cards?

Yes! Gift-Cards are one of our top-selling products and come in amounts of $25, $50, $75, and $100. Simply enter the quantity and amount of Gift-Cards you would like to purchase and click on “Add to cart” to buy.

How does your sizing work?

Most of our tops, dresses, and sets come in Small, Medium, Large, with selected models offered in X-Large. When possible, we aim to focus on clothing that adjusts to different body shapes for a comfortable fit.

What is your return policy?

You may return any item within 30 days of purchase provided that it's unused and still has the original tags intact. Gift cards, sale items, and items that are damaged, used, or worn may not be returned. If your package is damaged when it arrives, please take pictures of the item and its packaging and send them to us for review.
